We're three southern belles hailing from Dallas, TX, Lynchburg, VA, and Roanoke VA. By the grace of God, our paths have crossed at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. We met in spring 2011 through our membership in Chi Omega, and by the end of our Second Year (that's UVa lingo for "sophomore"), we realized we were basically soul mates. We decided to live together in our sorority house for Third (read: Junior) Year, and the rest--as they say--is history.
Though we're very different, we complement each other so well. Our friendship is founded on our faith first, and (of course) our love for Pinterest, dedication to school, passion for Chi O, interest in fashion and design, and intention to live life with grace, sophistication, and as much fun as possible.
As we have pursued our interests together, we have recognized the need for a creative outlet to share our life and passions in our own little corner of the Internet. When thinking of the content we wanted to include, we realized that our primary goal was to strive for fabulousity and glamour while remaining true to the collegiate lifestyle. Thus, University Avenue (also the name of a popular street at UVa) was born.
